...His adjustments are particularly alleviating and he's successfully adjusted parts of my back, neck, and flanks I didn't think possible. They have a good set of machines, including my favorite, which does traction to your neck and upper spine. I have been seeing Dr. Perez at SF Chiropractic now for several months and I have nothing but great things to say about his practice. I was having very bad headaches for months, and, after having some x-rays done, was told a chiropractor might be able to help. I initially chose Dr. Perez because of his proximity to my work in the Financial District and his reasonable rates, since chiropractic is not covered on my insurance. After the first visit, I knew I had made a great decision. Dr. Perez is extremely knowledgeable and explanatory, letting you know what he is doing and why he is doing it. Dr. Dan is a wonderful chiro! He took the time to ask me questions to determine what the exact cause of my headaches and shoulder pain. This way, he was able to treat the pain and in just a couple of visits, I have noticed a significant improvement on my shoulder! Dr. Perez is a total professional and excellent at what he does. I've had chronic back and hip pain and have tried "Western" doctors such as sports medicine and orthopedic doctors. I've tried another chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and massage. Nobody helped until Dr. Perez. His combination of adjustments, massage, and active release therapy has done wonders. I've been a patient of Dr. Perez since 2008 and my experience has been absolutely great! I have chronic back pain and have lived with the severe pain for over 10 years now and never really found a way to reduce the pain or make it better - that is until I met Dr. Perez and Leland! Dr. Perez has very innovative techniques that other typical chiropractors do not offer, he will work with you to find the best solutions for you. In addition, the office has the best massage therapist - Leland. Dr. Perez worked with Leland to devise the best treatment plan for me - ART (Active Release Technique) is what has been a lifesaver for me, it helps increase my range of motion while relieving me of the pain! I saw Dr. Perez last month because I couldn't lift my left shoulder as it was in so much pain. Imagine a little knife poking you right inside your shoulder joint so that every time you tried to move your arm it caused terrible pain. It was enough to make me panic. Would I be like this forever???......Well, after about 8 treatments I can now lift my arm above my head, and the pain is gone! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Perez; he was just what I needed.
